I offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, developmental and identity-based concerns. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming. It's grounded in safety, collaboration and meaning-making. I do not offer online therapy at this time, all sessions are in-person.

Alongside therapy, I use selected assessments and reflective tools as supportive resources that offer insight, language and direction within the therapeutic process.

I offer engaging, context-sensitive workshops designed to deepen emotional literacy, self-awareness and practical coping skills. These sessions explore a diverse range of mental health related themes - always tailored to the needs of the group. They can be created for schools, organisations, community groups or private settings and are shaped collaboratively to meet the unique goals, capacities and cultural context of each group. Whether you are seeking a once-off session or a multi-part series, these workshops are meant to be meaningful and accessible.

If you're curious about how a workshop could support your team, school or community, I'd love to hear from you.
